A Nourishing Feminist Leadership Retreat
Do you long for connection, respite, and nourishment? Do you feel pulled by all the work you need to do and so continually deny yourself that support?
This retreat will offer you ways to practice life-affirming leadership that supports systemic transformation. I will support participants to reconnect with your inner wisdom and your commitments so you can better align with how you want to show up in life and work.
We will anchor our time together in principles of Feminist Leadership, which is connected, collaborative, embodied, equitable, and transformative. It can be—needs to be—practiced in all roles. You don’t have to be in formal positions of leadership to lead and support transformation. Whether we have positional power or not, your voice matters.
We can create change through our being, not just our doing.
Join me in a gathering designed to re-align, refill, and reconnect.
**Please bring to our gathering something that inspires you to lead and live as your best self. It could be a photo, a poem, a piece of clothing, or a meaningful object.
