Have you been looking for a way to accredit your Tutor Training Program through a Canadian-based process? If you are one of the many LSAC members who have been searching for Canadian based accreditation for your Tutor Training Program, this is now available through the Educational Developers’ Caucus of Canada (associated with the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STHLE).
This pre-conference session will step participants through the accreditation process that is now available, and that KPU has taken, to achieve Canadian accreditation of our tutor training curriculum.
Join us in the morning session to identify ways in which your Tutor Training Program could be ready or prepared for similar accreditation. In the afternoon, we will review ways in which to deliver tutor training through face to face, modular, blended and online modes to ensure your tutors have access to training, feedback, mentoring and certification.
Lunch will be provided.
