“Connect, Share, Inspire”

This meeting will provide an opportunity for LSAC members from the Eastern Region to connect, share best practices and stories, discuss, and inspire one another. We will gather over coffee and light snacks at 9:30, then join together as a full group. The morning will be semi-structured and informal, featuring discussion sessions on relevant topics of interest to all members. Your input for our morning together is important to us! Please include in your registration your top three agenda topics that you would like our group to discuss.

   • Assessment and evaluation of Learning Skills ability and Learning Skills Services - how? pros and cons? What are you using/doing now?
   • Learning Commons and Learning Skills-discussion on current models and relationships
   • Enhancing our online presence – tools, ideas and tips
   • Programming Challenges? Let’s Talk Strategies

Once inside Bennett Centre, take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. If facing the Welcome Desk, you will see a hallway to your left where W319 is located.

Parking

There is an indoor parking garage inside Bennett Centre for Student Services, (Student Services Parking garage is #84 on the above map). The cost for parking $20/day.

Public Transit

Most busses arrive by the Arthurs Commons. Make your way to Ian Macdonald Blvd. From the Commons, turn right on Ian Macdonald Blvd. keep walking until you cross Fine Arts Road.

Bennett Centre is at the corner of Fine Arts Road and Ian Macdonald Blvd.
