Leveraging the Science of Neuroplasticity for Student Success

Often cited ingredients for student success like preparation, ability, and motivation are only part of the equation. Our students need believe in their ability to succeed - to have a growth mindset. We can cultivate that mindset while giving them the tools to succeed if we show them how to leverage the science of neuroplasticity to achieve their goal of post-secondary education. Join us in this interactive workshop to share insights into growth mindsets, discuss how the brain works, distinguish highly effective strategies for learning, and brainstorm ways to weave these ideas into your practice.
